Biography/Statement:
Len Mykietyn received his formal education at William Paterson University, Earning B.A. and M.A. degrees in studio art. He has also studied with well-known artists David Raymond, James Andrew Brown, Ming Fay, Charles Magistro, and Dr. David Shapiro. Len has taught classes at William Paterson University, and has exhibited his works throughout the United States. Len was a faculty member at The Lighthouse Center for the Arts, and IRCC Community College.
Mr. Mykietyn has traveled to Japan, Korea, Germany, France, and Italy, where he has taken painting groups on location; he has instructed oil and acrylic painting techniques overseas. Many of his works are influenced by his travels abroad.
